Earlier my mother used to give me five pieces of badaam every morning. Now my wife does that.
Sometimes in the morning when my father sees me having badaam he comes to me, pointing his finger at me and says,
"Badaam khane se deemaag nahin sudharega." I have heard this hundreds of times so I know what is coming but still I look at him encouraging him to continue and he says,
"Jeevan ke thapedon se seekhoge to deemaag sudharega."
